This was already an obligation that was ignored by companies, but that existed in the legislation.

But fortunately, Decree 10.410 / 2020 revoked that obligation, which was contained in article 225, item V, of RPS – Decree No. 3.048 / 99.

This Decree 10.410 / 20 brought several changes in the social security legislation, revising several existing rules and gaps.

Something we expected a lot, but we have to be very attentive, to see if we are fulfilling everything!
